2006 Nissan 350Z
New to the 2006 Nissan 350Z are a revised front-end appearance, enhanced interior, LED taillights, a new vehicle speed-sensitive power steering system, refined optional navigation system and available RAYS super lightweight 18-inch front/19-inch rear 5 spoke forged alloy wheels.
A new model is also introduced in 2006, the Grand Touring Coupe featuring 18/19-inch wheels, Brembo brakes, front and rear spoiler and Vehicle Dynamic Control. A new 300-horsepower 3.5-liter DOHC V6 engine becomes the heart of all the 6-speed manual transmission models. The 5-speed automatic transmission models receive the 287-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine.
Returning for the 2006 Nissan 350Z are the Coupe and Roadster body styles available in five models for the Coupe and three models for the Roadster. Standard on all models are 18-inch cast alluminum-alloy wheels, increased brake rotor size, bi-xenon headlights and mp3-CD capability for the Bose audio system.
The 2006 Nissan 350Z Coupe is available in the following models: 350Z, Enthusiast, Touring, Track and Grand Touring. The Enthusiast model includes HomeLink Universal Transceiver, cruise control, Traction Control System, Viscous Limited-Slip Differential, aluminum pedals, illuminated steering wheel audio controls and auto dimming rearview mirror. The Touring model includes a Bose audio system with 6-disc CD chnager and 7 speakers, leather-appointed seats with 4-way power driver's seat, heated seats Vehicle Dynamic Control for manual transmission models. The Track model comes a close-ratio, 6-speed manual transmission, front and rear spoilers, RAYS super lightweight 5-spoke forged aluminum-alloy wheels, Brembo brakes and Vehicle Dynamic Control.
The 2006 Nissan 350Z Roadster models include the Enthusiast, Touring and Grand Touring. The Enthusiasts features power seats, power-operated soft top, electrically operated storage cover, rear wind deflector, 18-inch cast aluminum-alloy wheels, bi-xenon headlights, automatic climate control, and a choice of 5-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmission. The Touring model includes Bose audio system with 6-disc CD changer and 7 speakers, leather-appointed seats and standard side-impact air bags. The Grand Touring model features Brembo brakes and Vehicle Dynamic Control.
Options for the 2006 Nissan 350Z include a DVD-based navigation system, satellite radio, side and curtain side-impact supplemental air bags for the Coupe and side supplemental air bags for the Roadster Enthusiast.
